Culinary Staffing Service requires impeccable grooming and personal appearance standards at all times. We insure a professional appearance. We also encourage all culinary professionals to submit an application for employment.
Servers and Bartenders
A minimum of 1 year catering, banquet or fine dining service experience required. Only bartenders cross-trained in table service and are willing to perform server duties will be considered. We do not hire bartenders only. All staff is required to adhere to the uniform standards outlined.
Chefs and Kitchen Assistants
All kitchen staff are to be enrolled in, or have graduated from a culinary arts program, and/or have vast industry related experience. Uniforms are required consisting of knives, and proper kitchen attire including a non-logo chef jacket, black chef pants and lace-up non-slip black restaurant code shoes.
