Servers and Bartenders
A minimum of 1 year catering, banquet or fine dining service experience required. Only bartenders cross-trained in table service and are willing to perform server duties will be considered.
All kitchen staff are to be enrolled in, or have graduated from a culinary arts program, and/or have vast industry related experience. Uniforms are required consisting of knives, and proper kitchen attire including a non-logo chef jacket, black chef pants and lace-up non-slip black restaurant code shoes.
A minimum of 6 months experience dishwashing in a commercial kitchen.
