August’s Employee of the month is Mauricio Loza. Mauricio has been with Culinary Staffing Services since 2018 and has worked over 100+ shifts. He is preferred at multiple venues and represents our Front of House team very well. He is responsible and trustworthy and when a Shift Lead or Captain role becomes available, he is first to join the roster and requests to work. Mauricio has been a big help for our staffing team as well as our client’s management team. Many clients prefer to use him with their large events knowing he is well trained and will provide best in class service to all customers. He is always willing to go above and beyond, but most importantly he’s flexible with any changes to the schedule and is a great communicator and leader. We appreciate Mauricio and are very pleased to have him on our team. Congrats Mauricio and thank you for being a rock star!

Culinary Staffing: What do you like most about Culinary Staffing?
Mauricio Loza: Being able to meet & work with new clients and colleagues on a daily basis, while having a lot of fun!
CS: If given a chance, who would you like to be for a day?
ML: A Soccer sports reporter during the World Cup.
CS: Where is your hometown?
ML: La Paz-Bolivia
CS: If your house was burning down, what is the one nonliving thing you would save?
ML: My PS5 🙂

ML: Cheesecake
CS: What is your favorite thing to do in the wonderful city of Los Angeles?
ML: Visit a new taco truck and/or stand in different neighborhoods

ML: Miami, Washington DC, New York, Boston, Barcelona
CS: What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this?
ML: En Route Controller.
